Direct the request according to the record rather than sending the same request to several Brown County offices:

- Sheriff reports: Brown County Sheriff Records Division, 2684 Development Drive, Green Bay, WI 54311; 920-448-4200; weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Jail custody: Brown County Jail, 3030 Curry Lane, Green Bay, WI 54311; information 920-391-6800.
- State repository response: Wisconsin Department of Justice Crime Information Bureau through WORCS.
- City police report: contact Green Bay Police, De Pere Police, or the other agency that wrote the report. Howard officer reports go to the Brown County sheriff.
- Expungement: use the current Wisconsin circuit court form and file in the original Brown County case when sentencing language permits it.
The sheriff supplies investigative records. The clerk supplies the official filed case and disposition, so one counter cannot substitute for the other.
